Each condo has beautiful views onto the Gulf of Mexico and the nightly sunsets are guaranteed. You also get one covered and one open parking space at Ocean 12 and (what I love) each condo has a cabana next to the beautiful heated beachfront Pool. You can have 2 pets with 20 pounds each or one pet up to 40 pounds in Ocean 12. All units are 3 bedroom 3 bath with more than 2500 heated square feet and a huge 10 by 34 feet balcony.
