Indeed, Safety Harbor is Home Sweet Home to both of us!!! We have both travelled around the globe and lived in other locations, but we are also both Florida natives. When all is said and done, this is our favorite place to live!
Safety Harbor is convenient to Tampa, St Petersburg and Clearwater! Located directly on Tampa Bay, this quaint community is close to everything, yet far enough removed to be quiet, tranquil and a place where people are friendly!!! You will be greeted on the streets with a smile by just about everyone you encounter in the lovely town!
There are numerous little cafes and shops waiting to be discovered in Safety Harbor!
Where else would you find something like this painted on the side of a building???? It is pretty typical to find unique things like this decorating some of the town's homes and shops!

Barbara- Safety Harbor has less than 20,000 inhabitants, so it really is not that large to begin with, but the older homes and shops are in the center of town - the newer homes that I show span out from the downtown area -
