"Supra Key"
I used a Palm Treo while working for Davidson Realty Inc. for a year and a half. As a Supra Key it worked great. However, I had trouble with it on reception in my area plus it kept locking up and I would end up having to take the battery out and re-boot the device. Then the last two phones got to the point they would reboot on their own at any time. It finally came to an end when they got to the point of rebooting while I was talking to someone.
I was in st. Johns County in St. Augustine, Florida 32092. This may have had a complication on reception but should not have affected the cause of the constant daily rebooting.
I swapped it out at my expense twice and had the same problem with all three phones. Finally, I bought a Blackberry after they came out with the ability to unlock Lock Boxes. Unfortunately there are two problems.
One is the fact I have to use a key Fob which in relity is no better than a regular Supra Key.
The second is the fact that the Blackberry opens the Lock Box after about the fourth try. Why four instead of one I don't understand. It is very annoying in front of customers. It never opens on the first try. Usually the fourth. Considering it cost more for the wireless function it is very disappointing.
I want the Supra capability of the Treo with a phone that is dependable.
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
