St. Augustine is a fantastic location for a comfortable, medium-paced life along the Atlantic Ocean. Just a couple miles outside of the historic district is Anastasia Island - a much sought after peninsula because of its proximity to both the extended beaches and the Intercoastal Waterway. This community is ideal for vacation home, retirement home, or short-term rental property.
