The Neighborhood of SeaGrove St. Augustine Beach is a mixed-use community composed of 289 single family homes, 40 Luxury Condominiums, and a five acre retail office area called the Town Center. The Neighborhood is enhanced by the natural features of the site including the salt marsh and tidal creek that cut through the property; several lakes and majestic oak trees.

In addition to the natural features, the Neighborhood is further enhanced by the quality of the architecture of the buildings. The designs for the homes in SeaGrove reflect the traditional styling of Florida vernacular coastal architecture complete with front porches.
