has been the hottest buzz lately in St Pete as its developer, Opus South, has filed for bankruptcy.
Opus still owns 18 condos here in 400 Beach, and still own 146 out of 156 condos at Water's Edge in downtown Clearwater.
There are currently 26 condos listed for sale, which includes 8 of the developer's units, so effective 36 condos are available, which is nearly 40% of the total units in the building.
