Pasco Town Centre gets nod...

The planned Pasco Town Centre mall at S.R. 52 and I-75 received unanimous approval by the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council. This huge mall (2 million square feet) will house the Tampa Premium Outlets, (a designer outlet mall with 120 or so stores), as well as large amounts of office and industrial space. *

Located just a few miles north of the three planned malls in the Wesley Chapel area, it is reported that the project will generate over 11,000 jobs and $81 million in tax revenue for Pasco County.

The next hurdle for this mall's approval is in July when it is to go before the Pasco County Commission.
