Every six weeks we call and Carla adds us to the appointment schedule. Snuffy arrives by personal limo (me) and trots right up to the counter to wait for Mark to fetch him. Several hours later, Snuffy's limo arrives to return him to his Forest Lakes home. The limo never waits as Mark has Snuffy fluffed and ready to go.
