Growth is booming in Highlands County. Is it too much?
HIGHLANDS COUNTY FINALLY SEEING SOME MAJOR COMMERCIAL GROWTH.
This brings mixed emotions to residents. Some say they'de like to stay the way we where. The truth is with many younger family's coming into the area we need this more then they think. Jobs, How often do you hear the younger people saying they're having a hard time finding work, Too often.
Revenue, These new stores will brng people in from other surrounding city's, towns to help our community and to help establish better pay for the area.
I'm sure I'll be stirring the pot. In all honesty We needed, this it was long in coming. Do people really think they can stop growth? I don't think so it inevitable we live in Florida we will always grow. Look at the Broward County they have a City in the Glades. Except it & appreciate it. We still live in one of the most beautiful places in Florida with mostly nice kind hearted people. It could always be allot worse.
