Going Paperless!

Well, I am taking the plunge!! With the help of my team manager (who has all the technology background) our team is going paperless!! Well, I say paperless but we will not be 100% paperless as our house files will still require paper files. This will allow being able to access files from any location - for any of my team members.

In the process of doing this I am able to make some great cost saving changes and re-mold my business model a bit. I have to say it is nerve-wracking but at the same time very exciting. I have known where I want my business to be and it has taken A LOT of baby steps to get there. I'm now able to take bigger steps toward my business goals and it feels great.

I am really looking forward to what the remainder of this year holds for my team and the exciting changes in front of us!
