As i continue to revamp my business towards paperless I have had some changes on my team. I've had an "in-office" assistant who was unable to stay with the team. I wish her well and am sure she will do great with whatever avenue she chooses.
My virtual office manager and technology guru, Nikki, has been a great help! She has helped move our team forward and expand. She has been licensed since 2005 and has decided to reactivate her license and help with some buyers!! Such a bonus!
We have a new virtual assistant, Liz, who is going to be fantastic help! She is up on her technology, quickly learning the real estate ropes, and has a background in accounting (something I need!).
We have a full-time buyer's specialist, Donna, and are looking at a second full-time one!
This is an exciting time and as I learn how to use the technology I get more and more excited. I'm finding my days are less stressed and I can focus on whatever I need to each day and am not being pulled in so many directions.
