New Royal Palms Line Streets of Snug Harbor

The residents of Snug Harbor just completed Phase 1 of a beautification project of their neighborhood by planting 37 Royal Palm Trees on Saint Lucie Blvd. Soon to come will be Phase 2 which will line Wells Drive with these beautiful Palms.

Driving down Saint Lucie Blvd now is very much like being in some exclusive areas of Palm Beach. Given a few years, when these trees mature, this will become one of the most sought after streets in Martin County.

They bought the land and platted the area in September 1944 as well as forming the Snug Harbor Corporation, which controlled the ownership of the lots.
