I noticed today one of our Bald Eagles flying around the neighborhood and it prompted me to write this. Piney Z is a wonderful neighborhood and and one of the outstanding features is our eagle conservation area. We have nesting eagles in this protected area that backs Eagleview drive.
In the Tallahassee and Leon County area there are great efforts to conserve natural sections of land. Of course we have the city and state parks but land such as that dedicated to eagle habitat in Piney Z helps to keep our pride in nature alive.
