Green Home Certification Tallahassee

Looking to get a home certified in the Tallahassee area...

For about 4 months now, I have been actively working as a Green Home Certifying Agent with the Florida Green Building Coalition, and have worked on over 100,000 sq. ft. of green buildings in the Tallahassee area. Now, I am really excited to say, if you want to build a LEED for homes green home in the Tallahassee area, myself and one other field agent are now able to provide the field checking, consulting, and assistance with the LEED for homes standards.

This last week we participated in a class at the Florida Solar Energy Center. All participants were required to already be either: 1) LEED AP credentialed; 2) Florida Green Building Coalition Green Home Certifying Agents; or 3) certified HERS raters... The class covered the basics of the LEED for homes standards, and prepared all participants to act as field agents for the LEED for homes standards.

If you are a builder or home owner and would like to get a green certification on your home (whether Energy Star, LEED for homes, or Florida Green building Coalition (FGBC), green home standard), please contact me at:

Whatever your needs or goals, I'm excited to say that I can now assist you with any green building projects that you may have underway or in the pipeline.

Also, please do not forget that I am a licensed REALTOR and a certified EcoBroker. As an EcoBroker I can assist homebuyers with the location of existing homes with greening potential, to find a new construction green home, or to help homeowners sell a home with already existing green features. I would love to earn the opportunity to help you find the home of your dreams, to sell your home as quickly and easily as possible, and to encourage the growth of green living in Tallahassee.
