It was another smooth Short Sale closing - oh how I love it when I can report that I sold a Short Sale after negotiating the sale for my distressed Sellers and it all worked out nicely!South Florida Short Sale Closed

  • The Sellers received an offer within 9 days and received Short Sale approval in less than 30 days.
  • The Inspections went fine
  • The Appraisal came in on the dot at the Sales price
  • The Buyer received their loan approval

These are noted characteristics that I pray for with each Short Sale Closing.
