Perhaps the biggest challenge for a New Tampa Property Manager is to find a way to differentiate arental property from the others readily available in the market. A great location, like Tampa Palms, or a fenced yard almost anywhere in New Tampa, have built in differentiation that is important to tenant prospects. While other great features, such as upgraded kitchens, floors, crown molding, etc. may help in selling a home, these features may not add enough value to satisfy the bargain hunter from looking to the lower priced rental home without these features.
