Labor day stands for different things to different people. In my belief,one of the best things about Labor Day is that it marks the traditional opening of the College and NFL Football seasons!
For all of you football lovers, it's been a long dry spell with no action, but football season is upon us. College football started over this past weekend. The NFL starts this week and High school and youth football is underway.

The Super Bowl XLIII will be played in Tampa, Florida on February 1st 2009. We have no idea now who the two teams will be, but it will be interesting watching the season develope. By the way, no local team has ever played in a Super Bowl held in there home town. It could be a first if the Buccaneers go to this years Super Bowl.
Yeah.... I'm ready for some football!
