homes (at last count) in the southwest corner of Pasco County, Florida, one of the area's fastest growing counties. Trinity Elementary School is right outside the gates as well as a Daycare Center. The multi million YMCA is nearby. The amenities include playgrounds and pavilions as well as some playing fields. Sidewalks run throughout the community. Many of the children walk or ride to school on their bikes. Reminds me of when I was growing up! You sure don't find that opportunity very often anymore!

Loads of restaurants and other businesses are right outside the gate at Hwy 54 and Duck Slough. You will see Outback, Bonefish, IHOP, Buffalo Wild Wings, Grill 54, Crispers and more! Oh there is a 5 Guys Burgers and Fries and a great ice cream shop as well.

The area is close to the Suncoast Expressway for ease in accessing Tampa and the airport area. Plus the clear water and sugar sand beaches are so close! The Fox Hollow Golf Course is practically next door too! The new medical center and hospital are opening later this year. (2011)
