Trinity, Florida Home Sales Statistics for June 2009 by Lana Robbins

A few people have asked me about Trinity which is a community that consists of single family homes in a 3,700-acre planned community.

In the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) realtors ® list it under "Trinity" under "Subdivision Name."

For June 2009 there were five single family homes that were listed in the MLS and sold in June 2009.

They were as follows:

1403 Saffron Way: 3 bedroom/3 bathroom with a pool. Sale Price: $185,000. This one was a short sale.

2617 Palesta Drive: 4 bedrooms/2 bathroom. Sale Price: $197,000.

12810 Solola Way: 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom with a pool. Sale Price: $240,000. This one was a short sale.

8149 Brumby Way: 4 bedroom/3 bathroom with a pool. Sale Price: $304,000.

8222 Still Pond Court NE: 4 bedroom/3 bathroom with a pool. Sale Price: $350,000.

Therefore you can see that the sale prices ranged from $185,000 to $350,000. Two out of the five homes sold in Trinity, Florida in June 2009 were short sales.
