I love Trinity; it has been home to me and my family for years. I have also been proud to sell homes to many other families who will continue to flourish in our community.

We've certainly got some exciting things going on! We are of course eagerly anticipating the spectacular Trinity Town Center that will be bursting on the scene by summer's end. An eclectic mix of shops and spots to indulge in fine cuisine will characterize this park-like setting. We'll have a sparkling oasis where we can meet our friends and neighbors to shop, stroll, or feast! In addition, we will realize increased real estate values, not to mention an additional source of employment and revenue.

Speaking of real estate, recent reports from Pasco Property Appraiser, Mike Wells, proclaim that our area has stayed stronger than many during the housing crisis. That is extraordinary news for our region, considering the dramatic depreciations in some areas.

We are also awaiting the grand opening of the ultra-modern Medical Center of Trinity scheduled for last quarter of 2009. Over two hundred million dollars is being spent on this facility. The 55-acre parcel of land will support a 5-story hospital tower and an attached 3-story medical office building. The architectural plans allow for additional freestanding buildings to be constructed in future. Here too, will be a tremendous source of employment with an anticipated staff of almost 2000 between physicians, employees, and volunteers.
