Island Club of Vero Beach Florida is located on the barrier island on the treasure coast in Vero Beach Florida. Island Club is the first and oldest community of the two. The island Club Oceanside is closest to A1A and the beach. Between Island Club and Riverside at the Island Club there are a total of 250 homes.

The Island Club of Vero Beach is just north of Indian River Shores. There are two communities Oceanside and Riverside, at which both are gated. Oceanside has older smaller homes and lots, they range in price from mid 200’s to 400’s. Riverside for the most part ranges from 400 to over a million for houses on the over looking Jungle Trail and the Indian River.

In the Island Club of Vero Beach there are a few different floor plans. There is a model that has two bedrooms and two baths, The Martinique which has three bedrooms and two and a half baths, the Bermuda that has three bedroom and two baths with side garage. The fees for Island Club of Vero Beach are $966 a quarter with a one time capital contribution of $966. At the Island Club you have two pools and club houses as well as a small gym. There is a day dock just off of the Jungle Trail and is a great place to watch the sunset or try to catch your dinner. You also have a deed beach access where there are chair and a few places to park. The fee covers trash, lawn mowing, watering trimming and mulching. The quarterly maintenance is reasonable.

The landscaping in both areas is lush and well cared for. There is an active social life for those who are interested in golf or cards.
