Everyone expects 2010 to be a fantastic year in real estate. If you're still on the fence, now would be a great time to get off of it. In two months or so, all of our seasonal visitors will be back in town. That will includes a large amount of international buyers. We already are working with several buyers who cannot find what they're looking for. That was not the case one year ago. Next year the inventory will continue to deplete with many forecasting the return of appreciation in 2011. We'll see....
