Inventory of Homes for Sale in the Glen Lakes Golf and Country Club Community increased slightly in August 2009.

Listing price range increased on the lower end while it decreased on the higher end lowering both median and average list prices.

Homes under contract went up over July 2009 but while in July two homes sold in the Glen Lakes Golf and Country Club Community, only one home found a new owner in August 2009.
