Margaret- That is a nice compliment, thank you. We are getting an offer on the Polo estate. I posted this post last night and someone called today that found this post and is going to see the house in person but already has made up his mind that he will make an offer. I love it when we get calls right from the blog! I know you do too.
Matt- There are 2 lots for sale. One is 2 acres and the other is 1 acre. Those will be a little harder to sell when you can buy a home for less than you can build right now. But there are people who know exactly what they want and can not find it built.
