Foreclosure.com- Educational Director- Linda Yates is a very dear friend of mine and we go to the same church. Linda and her husband invited Nestor and I over for dinner. It just so happens that Linda Yates is also our neighbor and lives right here in Wellington Florida. She and her family live right around the corner from us. It is such a small world, isn't it!

Foreclosure.com's owner contacted Active Rain's Bob Stewart a while ago to see if he knew anyone who would be able to speak about blogging on one of Foreclosure.com's webinars. It ended up that I was the guest speaker on the Foreclosure.com's webinar. Linda Yates found out that I was going to be the guest speaker which was a surprise to both Linda and me. We had not discussed business since she changed companies.

Linda Yates and I belonged to the same BNI group for a long time. Then Linda was hired by Foreclosure.com. Around the same time we started getting more listings from blogging than from BNI so I also left BNI. Even though we saw each other at church every week and talk about family and such; I did not even know that she was at Foreclosure.com and she did not know that I was a blogger on Active Rain!
