Decision on Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel Continued.

The Board of Pasco County Commissioners today discussed the approval of the 5,000 acre Wiregrass Ranch development in Wesley Chapel for hours today in their meeting. With a 4-1 vote, commissioners have continued this discussion to their July 10th meeting in Dade City. While there seems to be a consensus that most issues have been resolved, details of roads to be included in "proportionate share", timing of roads to be built, the extension of S.R. 56 (4 vs: 6 lanes to Meadow Pointe Blvd.), parks, etc. will be revisited in their next meeting.
