When you say that the schools are "highly rated" what do you mean?

In the link http://www.browardschools.com/schools/fcat/elementary.htm..it shows what their rating is according to the FCAT school grades.
Neal, at $559,000-$2,749,000 that is a fairly expensive community.

Pretty expensive but most of the homes are spacious and have lots of upgrades. The city itself is a great place to live.
