Neal, WOW 9 homes and they all range 1.4 million on up, I would not mind doing a couple of those loans at all.

There were 94 homes to be built on this project...my partner Steve use to work on site there so he knows that community and the various builders they have to offer..this is on the resale that agents have listed in the MLS...not what the builder has left.

One of the largest homes and they are right down the street from my neighborhood..up there as one of the most expensive.
