Price per Square Foot for single-family homes in the Orlando area continues to show signs of stabilization. The trend has been ongoing since March, when prices ostensibly bottomed out before demonstrating a miniscule uptick. Since the trend — slight but steady — has been ongoing for the past six months, it gives hope that the future will soon bring stronger price pressures upward.
