I need to move to a place that has villas! I just love the sound of it :)
Lisa - I can agree with you. There really is a set definition of a villa but too many do not understand, even in our MLS. A villa be definition is a large country estate. But as used here is more like a patio home on an almost zero lot and the community usually has such amenities as it takes care of your lawn.
But I digress for I surely would love to live in a Villa in the South of France.
