Q: How do you ethically combat the unethical agent(s) who bad-mouth you around your own neighborhood and/or community?
A: You publish that stats that prove that person wrong!
It took us a long time to get to this point, but we finally decided to strike back. After months and months -- years, really -- of dealing with negative and slanderous comments by a fellow REALTOR® (yes! A REALTOR®, even!) in our community, we decided that the best way (and the most ethical way) to strike back is with the truth - and the truth lies in the numbers.
So when a real estate agent tells you that he or she sells more homes in your neighborhood, area, or city than anyone else, ask for proof. Ask to see the numbers, because the numbers will tell the story.
Even more importantly:
...ask is he or she is a REALTOR®. If they say yes, ask them what the Code of Ethics means to them.
We're not perfect, but we are ethical and that's why we have the track record that we have. If you have any questions about buying or selling a home in Country Club of the South or in the North Metro Atlanta area, please call The Gebhardt Group - we'd love the chance to prove to you that we're the right choice.
