They all claim to streamline your workflow, help you create memorable ads or better convert your potential clients. When a tool actually does achieve these metrics (for the the most part, because there is NO silver bullet) then we don't mind bringing it to your attention, even if it competes with our services.

After we had a chance to look under the hood and see how they work we signed up with vFlyer. As you setup your profile they have a simple point system to help you track and score your progress. The more info you fill out (correctly) the higher the points your allotted. If your looking to get the most out of their system then complete each section to a desirable score.
After you sign up and confirm your account your then routed to your "Dashboard" (assuming your logged in). From here you can create Flyers, Widgets or add Images to begin creating your marketing material. If your decide to create a Flyer there are pre-product outlines to help you. You can choose from Residential for Sale, Residential for Rent, Commercial for Sale or Commercial for Rent. Each main category is then broken down into proper sub categories (i.e. co-op, condo, house, land, multi-family or townhouse for sale etc).
After you select the category you want your then taken to another page to fill in the specifics of the property and flyer details. Everything from the description, features, attributes, pricing, location info, contact info, choosing the "theme" or look, adding photos-links-videos and more. It allows you to give all the pertinent information that any buyer, seller or renter may need.
One of the best features is the auto submission of your flyer to top classified sites. You can choose between Oodle, Google Base, Vast, Yahoo, HotPads, Trulia, Zillow, Kijiji, Geebo, OLX, Frontdoor and Others.
If you want to create widgets you can do that also. These interactive and flexible modules are a great way to promote your property and your Real Estate Brand.
