Hello! I'm a real estate broker.
I just wanted to let you know that one of my biggest challenges in my business is....REAL ESTATE AGENTS!
Go Figure. Would you NOT think we are all in this game together. I have a property listed (For Sale or For Rent) and I need to represent my client and get it sold or rented. Seems pretty simple, right?
So, would you not want to know the area you are listing the property in so that you can effectively market it and get it Sold or Rented?
Oh, Silly Rabbit....Tricks are for Kids!!!
I'm working with a rental client right now, searching for a "needle in a haystack" of a rental that they are looking for. So, I run across a rental listing today, that prompted this post. The listing says...."Sexy midtown condo walking distance from everything" So, I just want to show you WHERE this condo is actually located versus the area that is actually Midtown Atlanta....

Any potential rental client reading that text would think, WOW, look at this loft in Midtown Atlanta, only to be very disappointed when they learn that it's not anywhere close to Midtown Atlanta.
Don't the COE talk about truth in advertising and not misrepresenting the property?
I need a drink.
