Join Red Robin Group for our free Home Buyer Seminar and we'll answer all your questions about the home-buying process. We'll even go through the process of obtaining financing, how to find the home that's right for you, and we'll show you how to avoid bumps in the road from the moment you go under contract all the way to the closing table.

Our seminars are conducted by Christina Rumbaugh, Buyer Specialist with Red Robin Group, and our awesome preferred lender, Brandon Byrd, Loan Originator with LoanSouth Mortgage (Lic# 209657).

The first hour of the seminar, facilitated by Brandon, will cover the mortgage process. In this month's seminar, we'll be focusing on the checklist you need to tackle NOW in order to take advantage of the $8,000 first-time home buyer tax credit - remember, you MUST BE UNDER CONTRACT on a home by April 30, 2010 in order to qualify, and by closed on your home by July 1, 2010.

We'll take a break for refreshments, then jump into the home buying process for the second half of the seminar, which will be facilitated by Christina Rumbaugh . Some of the things Christina will be focusing on this month are some home inspection snafus that trip-up a lot of unsuspecting buyers, appraisal issues and how to prepare for meeting deadlines in your purchas and sale agreement.
