Home Staging Starts with the MLS Listing

Years ago, I made an executive decision to elevate my home staging services by offering after pictures, at no additional charge, to the homeowner and/or agent for their use in the marketing of the home. Here's why:

  • I understood that buyers were (and still are) using the Internet to search for a home
  • That it was one thing to have the buyer emotionally connect with the home when they're physically in the house but, it was critically important to have it stand out on the MLS.
  • It would help separate me from my competitors.
So, with all of those reasons listed above, I did some research to a) find the best camera and b) really learn how to use it. Yes, it took time. But, it was one of the best investments I've ever made.
As I tell all of my clients - I am not a professional photographer. What I can, and do, say is that I'm a professional home stager in Atlanta who takes after pictures for your use in the marketing of the home.
