Welcome Magazine is a lifestyle publication for newcomers to Atlanta. The publisher, Lea O'Neal, has published two issues this year and has two more planned. I wrote an article in the Summer issue about buying a home in a buyer's market. The article is titled, "Signs of the Times" and is featured on page 8.
