• In the last 90 days, 13,204 Atlanta homes sold.
• Currently just over 4,400 homes are selling per month
• The absorption rate based on the last three months of data indicate that it would take over 1 year for all homes for sale in Atlanta that are currently listed for sale to sell.
• During the same 90 day period in 2006, 16,244 homes sold.
