The smallest neighborhood real estate market in December, Wood Valley only has three available homes, priced from $675,000 to $2.1 million. There were no new contracts written nor any closings in December, however there was one new pending sale. The Wood Valley market now has a 9-month supply of available homes. With 6-8 months being a balanced market, Wood Valley is certainly heading in the right direction for 2011!
