Beware: S J Owen construction in Buford Ga is a Crooked business. John Owen the con artist owner has ripped off dozens, and dozens of people in the Atlanta Ga area. Reviews on his shady business can be found on Kudzu.com, or by googleing hig business S J Owen. He seems very knowledgeable, and honest, but once he has your deposit you will never see him again. Im running into his cons with several clients.

Robert I agree with your statement concerning John. My son (19) worked for him last summer, did everything he was supposed to do, yet John still owes him around $1,000 or so. He won't return phone calls, he changed his cell phone # also. The guy sounds very believeable when he promises to pay, but is obvioused through all the reviews is not very ethical.
