I feel the tax credit was a big help to not only the buyers, but the Real Estate market as well. I know they just extend the time for those who were under contact by the end of April, but I believe if they would continue to bring the Tax Credit to the "table", it would help keep the buyers interested in purchasing and continue to help sale houses..... what do you think?
