Happy Couple Moves to Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge

Nothing brings the Atlanta active adult home builders more joy than knowing that their residents are happy and content with their homes. Recently the homebuilder caught up with Rick and Ginny Flugham who moved to Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge about four months ago. They were kind enough to tell them about their decision to move and how they feel about Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge.

Although the Fulghams are originally from Columbus, Ohio, they have lived in Lake Lanier for over 20 years- and simply love it. They moved to the area in order to fulfill their dream of owning their own pool and spa business. Even though they love the area, Fulghams decided it was time to move to a new community which better suited their active adult lifestyle.

So they began looking for a new neighborhood that had features designed to fit their needs. When they discovered the Cumming active adult new home community, they were immediately impressed.

"The location, reputation and quality construction of the units is what first attracted us to Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge, said Rick Fulgham. "Once we viewed the community, we could see how well the homes were put together," he later stated.

In addition to the location and quality of the homes, the Fulghams like other homeowners living in the Jim Chapman active adult community, are taking advantage of their maintenance-free lifestyle. With sidewalks on both sides of the community roads, a large heated pool, an outdoor fireplace, and an award winning clubhouse where neighbors get together in the card and game room and exercise in the workout room.

After four months of living in the community, the Fulghams say they could not be happier. They often spend time with their neighbors and even held an open house for many of their friends and neighbors.

"Our neighbors are great and we enjoy spending time with them and many of our friends," said Rick Fulgham. "We enjoy living in an all new gated community that is very convenient to everything we need."
