Our April 2007 Lake Lanier Housing Market Report is complete and ready for your review. During April, the market experienced a decrease in the number of lake front homes with docks sold on Lake Lanier according to the statistics that we review in First Multiple Listing Service, as we compare them to April of 2006. The report's average lake front home closing prices were down slightly by approximately 5.0 percent compared to the same month last year, but the days on market were still relatively few at 92. However the days on market number was a bit more than the reported number from April 2006. While the March 2007 sales showed a promising upswing, the new April numbers continue the feeling of overall softness in the real estate market. To see the full report, click on the link below!
