Clean Highways in Lake Country

During the past weekend, I noticed several groups of folks picking up trash along Old Phoenix Road. As lovely as the scenary is throughout Lake Country, trash on the sides of our roads can certainly negate the beauty. Undoubtedly, these good people were part of the new Adopt-A-Roadway program recently approved by the Putnam County Board of Commissioners.
