With the careful planning that the developers have put into this project (including a guarantee that they will refund the full purchase price of any lot that turns out to be "unbuildable", due to any regulation in place at time of purchase), and the growth it has already seen, it is unlikely that this is a neighborhood facing any short terom decline in value or selling strength.
