Trolley Around Marietta During the Holidays

Take in the Holiday Season in Marietta, Georgia the easy way. Make this year's holidays a little brighter

and more festive with the Historic Marietta Trolley Company's special December events.

Kicking off the season on Sunday, December 5, the Trolley joins forces with WellStar

Kennestone Hospital as they "Lite the Night". This annual tree lighting event will be

combined with the Trolley's own "Lights of Life" tour beginning around 4:15 p.m. Guests

will board the decorated Trolley for a trip to Kennestone to participate in the tree lighting,

followed by a tour of lights around Marietta, including the Life University's Lights of Life.

Guests will be treated to holiday carols and sing-alongs during the tour. Cost is $25 per

person plus tax.

Later that week, the Historic Marietta Trolley Company's Ghosts of Marietta will

present "Eat, Drink, and be Scary". Friday, December 10 at 8 p.m. guests will meet at the

Trolley station for some holiday snacks and beverages before taking off on the "Scary-etta"

haunted trolley tour. An additional "Scary-etta" will also be presented on New Year's Eve.

Cost is $25 per person plus tax.

The following weekend on Saturday, December 18, the Santa Pub Walk will embark at

8 p.m. on a fun-filled evening of libations and story-telling with a holiday theme. Plans are

also underway for both a New Year's Eve and a New Year's Night Pub Walk as well. Cost

is $15 per person plus tax.
