Some good press for the area and real estate. Local brokers are pointing out:

1. The great selection of homes for sale

2. The amenities being offered by sellers, such as closing costs, etc.

3. The great interest rates available

If you are not familiar with Marietta, it is a suburb, just North of Atlanta
