The $8000 first time home buyer's tax credit. Time is running out ...home buyers need to take advantage while they can.

Home buyers need to move quickly to get $8000 tax credit2009 seems to be flying on past. We've already been through the first seven months, and the year is waning quickly. It's almost time for school to start, and fall will be here before you know it!

As the year slips away, so does the opportunity to cash in on the $8000 first time home buyer's tax credit. There is a deadline looming, and there are some important considerations.

First, the house must be CLOSED by November 30,2009. That means the HUD-1 settlement statement must be dated prior to December 1 2009. And since some properties are taking up to 60 days to close, that means that a buyer should probably try to purchase a home before October 1.

Which means that there are only TWO MONTHS left to find a suitable property and get an accepted offer!

It's time for all fence sitters to get moving. There are still lots of good properties for sale, and interest rates are still relatively low!

Don't delay, buy a house TODAY!
