Advance Tickets - You may purchase tickets for any remaining home game, pending availability, at the Advance Ticket Booth located behind section 100, by calling the Gwinnett Braves Ticket Office at (678) 277-0300, or by clicking here to purchase tickets on-line.
Alcohol - No Alcoholic Beverages may be brought into or taken out of Gwinnett Stadium. Georgia law requires our concessionaire and vendors to request identification for anyone purchasing alcoholic beverages to ensure they are a minimum of 21 years of age. Aramark and the Gwinnett Braves reserve the right to refuse service to anyone determined to be intoxicated and anyone becoming unruly due to consumption is subject to removal and arrest. Sale of alcoholic beverages will conclude at the end of the 7th inning.

Animals - Only certified guide dogs and Chopper are allowed in Gwinnett Stadium.
ATM - A Delta Community Credit Union ATM is accessible to all Gwinnett Braves fans at three locations: on the plaza near the Ticket Office, on the first base side of the stadium near the Team Store, and on the third base side of the stadium near the concession stands.
Autographs - Fans are permitted to seek autographs from the players of both teams before or after each game. Please remember the players must be prepared for each game and the seating areas will be cleared of autograph seekers 15 minutes prior to each game. League rules do not allow players to sign autographs during any game.

Bags - All bags are subject to inspection.
Banned Items - For the safety of all fans the following items are not permitted in the stadium: laser pointers, glass bottles or cans, weapons of any kind, lawn chairs, pets, banners and/or flags of any kind with a stick, alcohol or drugs, outside food and beverages, Frisbees, beach balls, and any other objects that can be thrown in the stadium.
Berm - Outfield grass seating is available with Berm tickets ranging from $5 for youth and seniors to $6 for adults. Fundraising opportunities are available for organizations to sell Berm tickets. Contact the Group Sales Department at (678)277-0300 to select a game for which you would like to sell Berm Seating tickets.
Birthday Parties and Announcements - The Gwinnett Braves offer Birthday Party packages to fans of all ages. Click here for detailed information. Please submit requests for video board birthday announcements online no later than the Friday prior to each Homestand. For more information, click here.
Braves Bucks - You may purchase Braves Bucks in advance of your trip to Gwinnett Stadium. These certificates are redeemable at concession stands, souvenir stands, and for parking. Braves Bucks are a great way for employers to reward employees on their night at the ballpark.
Bull Pen Terrace - This exclusive picnic area located on the third base side is available for rental each game and features an incredible view of the field. Call (678)277-0300 to reserve a date.

Cameras and Video - Fans are welcome to bring cameras and hand held video cameras into Gwinnett Stadium as long as the equipment does not interfere with the enjoyment of the game by others. Please contact our Media Relations Department at (678)277-0300 for use of equipment requiring a tripod.
Cellular Phones - Use of cellular phones is permitted providing it does not interfere with the enjoyment of the game by others.
Children's Tickets - Children age two and younger do not require a ticket to attend a game.
Chopper - This 6'2" groundhog is proud to be the mascot of the new Gwinnett Braves. Chopper loves doing the Tomahawk Chop and cheering with fans. When not at the games, Chopper can be found throughout Gwinnett County participating in community events. Chopper's Clubhouse - This kid's club offers fans 12 and under the opportunity to get more involved with the Gwinnett Braves through participation in the Adventure Club. Community Outreach - Please contact our Community Affairs Department at (678)277-0300 to obtain information on speakers for your organization or club and appearances by Chopper or players for your event.
Concessions - A variety of food and drink is available at stands throughout the stadium under the supervision of Aramark, including the Centerfield Stand located in the outfield near the Berm. No outside food or beverages are allowed in Gwinnett Stadium.
Credit Cards - The Gwinnett Braves accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card as payment for tickets in the business office, at the gates, and on-line. All concession stands, excluding portable stands, accept credit cards. For your convenience, two Delta Community Credit Union ATMs are available on the main concourse. Credit cards are accepted at merchandise stands.

Dugouts - The Gwinnett Braves use the third base dugout during their home games at Gwinnett Stadium. Visiting teams will use the first base dugout.

Elevator -There are two elevators in the stadium for public use. They are for Stadium Club Members, guests with suite tickets, and guests with Braves Dugout seats. The elevators can also be used to visit the Gwinnett Braves administrative offices.

Fan Services - The Fan Services booth is located on the main concourse. You may claim prizes, turn in or return lost items, purchase a program, or ask any questions about our facilities and services at the Fan Services booth.
Fifty/Fifty Raffle - On specific home dates, the Gwinnett Braves offer non-profit organizations in the metro-Atlanta area the opportunity to raise money for their charity. Groups sell raffle tickets from the time gates open until the end of the second inning. Proceeds are split between the winner of the raffle, the non-profit organization, and the Braves Foundation. First Aid - The Gwinnett Braves offer First Aid located at the Fan Services booth on the main concourse. All accidents and injuries should be referred to the First Aid Room.
Foul Balls -Catch a foul ball and participate in the Chick-fil-A Fowl Ball promotion. By bringing your foul ball to Guest Relations you will receive a Chick-fil-A coupon. Caution: Please be aware of balls and bats entering the stands from the playing surface. You may keep foul balls you catch, but remember the balls have been hit hard and are very dangerous. The Gwinnett Braves are not responsible for damage or injury caused by events on the field. No one may enter the playing field to retrieve a ball or bat for any reason. Anyone doing so is subject to arrest and ejection from the ballpark.
Fundraising - The Gwinnett Braves partner with local non-profit organizations for a number of fundraising opportunities. Options include the 50/50 Raffle, volunteering at concessions, and Berm Seating ticket sales. Click herefor more information.

Game Times - All game times are subject to change. Evening games begin at 7:00pm, Sunday games and weekday matinees usually begin at 2pm. Please check start times on our website or by calling the Gwinnett Braves office at (678) 277-0300.
Gates - Entry gates usually open one hour and fifteen minutes prior to the announced start time of each game.
Group Rates - Large groups are special to the Gwinnett Braves. Group benefits include arrangements for the entire group to sit together, a specialized welcome for your group on the videoboard, and the opportunity to purchase Braves Bucks and customized group t-shirts. International League - The International League is one of the oldest leagues in the Minor Leagues. The 14 team circuit has headquarters in Dublin, Ohio and is headed by President Randy Mobley. The league has three Divisions and the winners of each division plus the top winning percentage among other clubs enter playoffs to compete for the Governors Cup Trophy and the privilege of facing the champion of the Pacific Coast League in the Triple-A Championship Game. The North Division features the following teams: Buffalo Bisons, Lehigh Valley IronPigs, Pawtucket Red Sox, Rochester Red Wings, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees, and Syracuse Chiefs. Teams in the West Division include the Columbus Clippers, Indianapolis Indians, Louisville Bats, and Toledo Mud Hens. The Gwinnett Braves are in the South Division along with the Norfolk Tides, Durham Bulls and Charlotte Knights.

Radio Broadcasts - All 2009 Gwinnett Braves games are broadcast on WDUN Newstalk 550 AM by Tony Schiavone and Judd Hickinbotham. If you are out of the 550 AM listening area you can still hear the broadcast by clicking here.
Rain Checks/Rain Outs - In the event a game is postponed or cancelled prior to the completion of 5 innings, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of 4 ½ innings, your ticket will be good for any 2009 regular season game and may be exchanged at the Gwinnett Braves box office for a ticket of equal or lesser value subject to availability. No refunds, no exchanges, nor expired tickets, except as above. No exchanges will be made for complementary tickets. There are no rain check privileges associated with the second game of a doubleheader.
Re-entry - Re-entry into the stadium requires a ticket stub and hand stamp.

Tickets - Gwinnett Braves tickets are available at the Gwinnett Braves offices, at our gates on game days, at the Advance Ticket Booth on the main concourse, or on-line from Ticketmaster. The Gwinnett Braves offer full season, half season, weekend, and 10-game flex plan packages as well as single game tickets.
Tours - The Gwinnett Braves will offer free group tours of their new state-of-the-art ballpark. Tours are available for scheduling on non-game days Tuesday-Thursday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Wheelchair Seating - Fans in wheelchairs will find seating in the wheelchair accessible areas located behind most sections. Patrons in need of wheelchair seating should be sure to mention this at the time of purchase so a ticket agent can assist with securing seats in one of these locations.
Will-Call - Tickets purchased in advance by phone may be picked up game nights at the Will-Call window located at the main entrance of the stadium behind home plate.
