Thanks for the rain!

Lake Lanier is looking so much better! The recent rains have had a positive impact on our lake. The storms that came with them are another matter. The rains and the money being filtered into the first time buyer programs are making a solid impact. The foreclosure market is still pushing the sales in the Atlanta Metro area. This as we know is good and it is bad.

I await the day when builders look at our growth and make the commitment to start building again. Good things have begun in Forsyth County Georgia and I for one hope they continue. The rain has been a start to help one of our greatest resources, Lake Lanier. Values on the lake will start to improve and this will have a great impact on the economy in this area.
