Jim Chapman Communities happily accepted two new awards at The National Association of Home Builder's Best of 50+ Housing Awards. We are so proud and honored to be given two superior awards last month in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania -we simply can't stop smiling.

The active adult builder and developer was the recipient of both the Silver Award in the Community of the Year Division for our active adult community at Brookhaven of East Cobb and the Silver Award for Best Detached Home at an Active Community at Brookhaven at Johns Creek.

The awards banquet is the industry's most prestigious national awards program and is viewed by the industry as a showcase of innovation, emerging trends, and quality housing for active adults.
